The National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) is a professional organization of real estate buyer agents and buyer brokers who only represent home buyers. Members of NAEBA do not accept listings, advertise properties for sale or represent sellers at any time. Our agent, Anna Matveychuk-Culmone is running to be on their Board of Directors.

When I hire an agent, I hire for intelligence and integrity. Hiring Anna proved to be a great choice. I only saw the tip of the iceberg when I hired Anna. Her full depth revealed itself on the job. I was lucky to have the wisdom to give her a chance. NAEBA will be lucky to have her energy and perspective on the Board.

Anna began working in my office when she was in her early 20s. Most people that age lack the self-awareness and intelligence to be a fiduciary agent for people buying houses. Back then, her clients could tell that she was young, but they still trusted her advice. Why?  Deep integrity, intelligence, high energy, and generosity of time and spirit. The clients just knew she was the real thing.

Over time, Anna has grown into herself. In the time she has been working full-time at 4 Buyers Real Estate, she earned her degree, she married, and became a mother. That would be enough for most, but she added volunteer work to her schedule. She took a position on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of Buyer’s Agents and later became its President. At the same time, she worked with Newton Rotary on their good works events. In both venues, she earned respect with her diligence, intelligence, humor, and genuine kindness. She has it to be an exceptional NAEBA Board member, in terms of effectiveness and leadership.
