During the last week of the year, schools are closed. Some people are away, others are hosting out-of-towners. You are not paying attention to real estate.
As the winter begins, so does the more-at-home time of the year. Your yards are lying fallow for the season. Your outside water spigot is off – it if isn’t do it now. I mean it! Right now! Then you can go back to not paying attention to real estate.
Those of you who need to move your clothes for the season have already done the switch. Those of you who change your curtains to more insulating ones, do that soon. May your heating systems be efficient, and your roof be water-tight.
